Owner & Founder

Adam Riffle

Raised on the traditions of hard work and integrity, Adam spent his formative years apprenticing with his father – one of his many mentors who fueled and supported his passion for building.

Superintendent

Mitch Lawrence

As Bigfoot Northwest's Superintendent, Mitch Lawrence leads the on-site operations and execution of all client projects. Prior to joining the team he held management roles within the restaurant and service industry as well as the ski business.

Sr. Project Manager

Brandon Schultz

Hands in every cookie jar; Brandon is Bigfoot Northwest’s Senior Project Manager and is involved in every step from sales to completion, from schedule and budget management to direct communication with clients and trade partners - he’s your go-to for all of the little nuances taking the project to the finish line.

Carpenter

Ashley Guthrie

Ashley grew up out in the country, and although now resides in the city, she dreams of the day she can build a house on some property. Ashley first developed a passion for carpentry and construction while spending time with her grandfather who was always building something.

Consultant

Django Holt

Django Holt has a background in commercial construction, high-end custom home construction and design, and architectural design. Django currently resides in Bend, Oregon where he partners with Bigfoot Northwest to support the successful delivery of projects, including remodels and new builds, in Central Oregon.

Co-Founder

Megan Dearden

The idea of Bigfoot Northwest was first created from Megan and Adam’s kitchen table in 2015 fueled by passions in quality craftsmanship, local business, sustainability, and community. Fast forward to almost a decade later, Megan guides administrative and operational functions for the business.
