Our team transformed a once attic into a beautiful new Primary Suite. Working within the confines of a tight space, our team created an open and airy, breathable space that includes a small office, primary bedroom with a full on-suite bath, full walk-in closet, and an art studio. This was accomplished by adding a dormer to the rear that matched an existing one at the front of this beautiful historic home, keeping its timeless look while still creating the necessary clearance for comfortable living.
